KIBERA DAILY LIFESTYLE
Dogo is a kid from Paradise Community Center an orphanage that is located in Kibera slum. Dogo and his colleagues always go to Ngong' forest to fetch fire wood which they use to cook their food and boil water for bathing and drinking. Photo taken November 8th 2016 (ondivow photography)

Slum Soccer is a football game with most of the rules in a normal football match not present. Like you can play without soccer boots, jersey proper playground etc. Most kids in the slum enjoy playing this game especially when it rains. Photo taken May 3rd 2016.ondivow photography
'Punguza' is a title given to charcoal made out of charcoal dust and soil. This idea was introduced in kibera slum after the price of charcoal increased in the country. so the women in kibera decided to use their creativity by making 'Punguza' a swahili word meaning reduce.To reduce the cost of living.
